YOUR VISIONS WILL BECOME
CLEAR ONLY WHEN YOU CAN
LOOK INTO YOUR OWN HEART.
WHO LOOKS OUTSIDE, DREAMS;
WHO LOOKS INSIDE, AWAKES.
As a counselor I strive to support clients in their journeys of connecting with their true nature. Oftentimes, I help clients discover their true nature for the very first time, celebrate it, and design their lives to allow it to shine through all facets of life. This is dharma.

Whether you are living with depression, anxiety, grief, relational issues, traumatic memories, stress or simply wish to invest time in personal inquiry and growth, I would be delighted to talk with you to decide how we can journey together.
I am especially passionate about supporting those working in healthcare including mental health clinicians, nurses, physicians and other medical related fields. Self-care is taught in graduate studies and is often times difficult to put into practice within the pressures of the healthcare system. Empathy fatigue, burnout and work-life imbalance can drive excellent providers out of fields they love. I work with clients to serve in their respective fields in energetically sustainable ways by learning to mindfully manage the mind and body.
My approach to working with children and adolescents is a collaborative one with caregivers involved along the way. Serving on a psychology team at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta since 2014, I am well versed in supporting children and adolescents living with chronic illness, pain and grief. I love helping caregivers feel more confident in their parenting strategies and enjoy co-creating clear plans of how best to empower children and adolescents through the use of encouraging language and effective, compassionate limit setting. I am a strong believer in the power of play therapy as well as filial therapy to assist in strengthening the relationship between a caregiver and a child. Learn more about play therapy here.
